This Privacy Policy explains how Bright Net, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the OpenDrama mobile application, website, and related online services (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Scope

This Policy applies to the OpenDrama Android app (package name com.brightnet.opendrama), our content website accessed inside the app, and our backend APIs that support accounts, rewards, and content unlocking.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of information. Some data is transmitted from your device to our servers or to advertising partners.

3.1 Account and identity information

  • Google Sign-In: if you sign in with Google, we receive identifiers and profile information provided by Google (such as Google account ID, email address, display name, and profile photo URL), subject to your Google account permissions.
  • Username / password sign-in: if offered, credentials you submit to authenticate (passwords are verified by our servers; we do not publicly display your password).
  • Account profile data we store: user ID, email, display name, avatar URL, coin balance, reward and activity history, invite code relationships, and account creation time.

3.2 Location / region (approximate)

  • On first launch we may detect an approximate region from your IP address (for example via our edge/network provider) to set timezone and market settings for rewards and content rules. We do not require precise GPS location for core features.

3.3 App activity and usage

  • Interactions with features such as watching / unlocking episodes, check-in, Cash Tree, lucky wheel, coin rain, task wall, invite actions, online rewards, prize redemption requests, and related timestamps / reference IDs.
  • In-app language preference and similar settings stored on device and/or associated with your account.

3.4 Financial / payout information you choose to provide

  • Shipping address details for physical prize delivery (name, phone, address fields).
  • Payout account details you enter for cash-related rewards (for example GCash name and mobile number), when that feature is available.
  • Note: some of this information may be stored locally on your device and/or transmitted to our servers when needed to process a redemption. Provide only accurate information you are authorized to use.

3.5 Device, diagnostics, and advertising identifiers

  • Device and technical data such as IP address, user-agent / device model / OS version, app version, language, network information, crash/diagnostic logs, and approximate timestamps.
  • Advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID) and similar device signals used by advertising SDKs to deliver, measure, and prevent fraud in ads.
  • Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies in the in-app WebView and on our website.

3.6 Information from third parties

  • Google (authentication and, where used, advertising / measurement services).
  • Advertising partners that provide rewarded, interstitial, or display ads inside the app or WebView.

4. How We Use Information

  • Create and manage your account; authenticate you; keep you signed in.
  • Provide streaming / browsing of short dramas and episode unlock flows.
  • Operate rewards, balances, tasks, invites, check-ins, and prize redemption.
  • Personalize content and communications related to the Services.
  • Show ads and measure ad performance; prevent invalid traffic and abuse.
  • Secure the Services, debug issues, enforce terms, and comply with law.
  • Analyze aggregated usage to improve product quality and performance.

5. How Information Is Shared

We may share information as follows:

  • Service providers / processors: cloud hosting, API, database, and infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf (for example to run authentication, rewards, and content APIs).
  • Advertising partners: including AppLovin and Google advertising / measurement components (and publishers’ ad tags loaded in WebView, such as AdSense / related scripts where used). These partners may collect device and advertising identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads according to their own policies.
  • Authentication providers: Google, when you choose Google Sign-In.
  • Legal / safety: when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, asset transfer).
  • With your direction: for example when you use invite/share features or request support.

We do not sell your personal information as “sell” is commonly understood as trading personal data for money. Some advertising / analytics disclosures may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising under certain U.S. state laws.

6. Data Safety Summary (for Google Play users)

The OpenDrama app may collect and transmit data off your device, including: account identifiers and profile data; email; app activity related to watching and rewards; approximate region derived from IP; device or other IDs (including advertising ID); and, if you provide them, shipping or payout details. Data may be used for app functionality, analytics, and advertising. Some data may be processed by third-party SDKs. 7. Retention

We retain account and transaction-related data for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Device logs and advertising data may be retained for shorter periods according to operational and partner practices. You may request deletion as described below.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information (including encrypted transport such as HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Your Choices and Rights

  • You may sign out or delete local app data on your device.
  • You may limit ad personalization via your device advertising settings (for example, reset / opt out of ad personalization on Android).
  • Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to withdraw consent. Contact brightnetllc@gmail.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity.

We are based in the United States and may process information on servers in the U.S. or other countries. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own.
